About The Position

We’re seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation and standardization in advanced electrical distribution solutions across low-voltage (LV), medium-voltage (MV), and direct current (DC) architectures. Reporting directly to the VP of Innovation, you’ll lead the productization of modular power systems, eHouses, controls, UPS integration, and next-generation data center infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of technology, market needs, and business strategy—transforming complex engineering concepts into standardized, scalable products that deliver customer value and accelerate growth. You’ll own the product lifecycle from market research and concept development through launch, adoption, and end-of-life, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive and future-ready. Our solutions provide reliable, high-performance data center infrastructure to industries including Hyperscale & Cloud providers, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, power & utilities, and more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or engineering within power, electrical distribution, or data center environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in LV/MV/DC electrical systems, modular power, or data center architectures.
  • Experience managing products across the full lifecycle—from concept to commercialization.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and translate insights into product strategy.
  • Willingness to travel (20–30%) for customer engagement, site visits, and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of modular power solutions, eHouses, and data center electrical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with data center UPSs and infrastructure.
  • Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Experience with financial modeling, pricing strategies, and project economics.
  • Familiarity with U.S. industry codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, UL, ANSI).
  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products.
  • Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for LV/MV/DC distribution systems, modular power solutions, eHouses, UPS integration, and controls.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Translate customer and industry requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including launch, updates, and retirement.
  • Ensure alignment with company innovation goals and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to transform custom solutions into standardized, repeatable offerings.
  • Develop product documentation, specifications, and technical collateral.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant U.S. codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, UL, ANSI).
  • Partner with Sales to position products effectively in competitive opportunities.
  • Engage with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders to validate product concepts.
  • Present product roadmaps and solutions to executives, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and product evolution.
  • Work closely with Finance to build accurate cost models and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with Project Management and Operations to ensure product feasibility and delivery.
  • Provide insights to Product Development teams to guide innovation priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Stay current on industry trends in LV/MV/DC distribution, modular solutions, UPS systems, and data center technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product management processes and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of standard templates, best practices, and product frameworks.
  • Participate in post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and refine future offerings.
