Comcast Advertising Media Solutions is hiring a Product Manager to join our Platform and Shared Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading initiatives involving the integration of systems and data from 1st and 3rd party providers to support our business goals. A successful candidate will engage with data engineering, product, sales, and data producing teams to build a clear product vision and roadmap that ensures seamless and scalable solutions.

  • Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging and features.
  • Performs competitive analysis and conducts market research.
  • Assists in budgeting and variance analysis of product's unit and financial performance, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Concise communication of trends, opportunities and risks, developing and defending POV for product features/benefits.
  • Conducts feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis.
  • Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology in a dynamic, cross-functional working environment including development/testing tools & CICD tools.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated product management experience conducting business discovery interviews, identifying personas, functional/non-functional requirements, success criteria and writing technology enabling features.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with stakeholders across both business & technology at various levels of the company through strong emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Integration Frameworks (Application/Data) including Enterprise Service Bus, API management tooling (i.e. Mulesoft), API library usability and consistency, Data Fabric & Semantic Layer, Data Sharing (Delta-Share, Snowflake, AWS Clean Rooms, 3rd Party SaaS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Technology Governance best practices including supporting tooling for Service Registry, Enterprise Metadata Catalog, Master/Reference Data Management.
  • Experience with data infrastructure (i.e. Databricks, Monte Carlo) preferred.
  • Media and/or advertising experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
