Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or international equivalent.
  • Typically requires 10+ years of product management experience in a SaaS organization, preferably focused on platform capabilities, APIs, or digital transformation.
  • Advanced ability to build scalable, API-driven platform solutions that enable digital product integration.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to work closely with engineers to define and prioritize platform requirements.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient working with insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Proficient success in launching self-service digital tools, workflow automation, or low/no-code integration solutions.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for platform capabilities that enable customers to digitalize their products and seamlessly integrate them within the iPipeline ecosystem.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product decisions.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring internal teams are aligned on platform priorities.
  • Define key success metrics and track the impact of platform enhancements on customer adoption, satisfaction, and revenue-generating business growth.
