We are seeking a Manager – Payments Platform & Operations to help drive the strategy, evolution, and resilience of Western Union’s payment platforms. In this role, you will own one or more platform capabilities end‑to‑end shaping product vision, defining requirements, partnering with engineering, and ensuring our systems scale reliably to support a global customer base. You will contribute to the transformation of Western Union’s ecosystem by incorporating lessons learned from incidents, improving platform performance, and advancing us toward a more modern, future‑ready architecture. Your work will help deliver complaint, seamless, and cost‑effective payment experiences across channels and regions. This role is key to building a best‑in-class remittance payments platform and enabling global money movement at scale.
