About The Position

Kraken is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Payments & Blockchain team, focusing on analyzing and optimizing growth across Kraken’s crypto systems. The team is responsible for the first and last mile of every dollar (digital or fiat) that goes in or out of Kraken, as well as driving strategic decisions that improve asset listings and liquidity. As a member of this team, your focus is on protecting client funds and driving continuous improvement. You will build systems and analyses that inform listings strategies, monitor market performance, and enable the timely and secure processing of client transactions, ensuring the safety and security of all funds on the exchange.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience
• 1-2+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange or other complex technical domains
• Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling
• Proficiency in data analysis, applying a metrics-driven approach to guide decision making
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution ability
• Ability to operate strategically while managing details effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Asset listings, Crypto Launchpads, Accelerators, or Tokenomics platforms
• Demonstrated success in driving product-led growth, including activation, retention, and monetization strategies
• Background in B2B or SaaS product models

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for Launchpad and Token Services products
• Define and articulate detailed product requirements, supported by business analysis and stakeholder input
• Produce clear documentation including product specifications, wireframes, and process flows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders, communicate product vision, and maintain a transparent roadmap
• Continuously improve the crypto funding client experience (CX) through structured experimentation and insights
• Support and enhance mission-critical crypto funding infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance
• Support the development of 0-1 product initiatives, from ideation to execution
• Leverage data to drive prioritization, monitor product performance, and iterate toward improved outcomes
