The Director of Marketing Technology is primarily responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy focused on how Marketing Technology supports community acquisition, engagement and retention for the YouVersion Family of Apps. This role will lead a team dedicated to the execution and planning of the daily communications and user journeys. It will support execution and provide the strategy, vision, and leadership for the marketing tech stack. The role will work alongside the Data Team to conduct analyses to understand user behaviors, create consumer segments and leverage personalization tools to create and maintain campaigns. This role will work in close collaboration with marketing teams to build highly personalized experiences aimed at driving Bible engagement, and retention. The Director is responsible for collaborating with their CTL/CML to cast vision, provide direction, and lead ministry efforts within their area of influence to outcomes that further Life.Church's mission and reach people for Christ.
