About The Position

The Product Manager – Next Generation Team is responsible for defining, shaping, and executing the roadmap for innovative, forward‑looking products and capabilities that will drive our organization’s future growth. This role partners closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities, validate customer needs, and bring differentiated next-generation solutions to market. The ideal candidate is strategic, curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where experimentation and big thinking are expected.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in innovation, emerging tech, digital solutions, or new product development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while managing details effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through change with resilience and optimism.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in agile environments, with cross-functional engineering/design teams.
  • Background in innovation labs, next-gen R&D, incubators, or early-stage product environments.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, or emerging digital technologies.
  • MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision Develop and articulate a clear product vision for next-generation offerings aligned with long-term organizational strategy.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, and technology trends.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year product roadmap balancing innovation, feasibility, and business impact.
  • Customer & Market Insight Lead discovery initiatives to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior through interviews, data, prototypes, and experiments.
  • Validate hypotheses through rapid testing and iterative learning cycles.
  • Advocate for customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
  • Product Planning & Execution Translate strategic concepts into actionable product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation through MVP, iteration, and scaling.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Facilitate alignment with senior leadership, technical teams, operations, and go‑to‑market partners.
  • Communicate product direction, timelines, and progress with clarity and transparency.
  • Build strong partnerships that drive momentum, accountability, and shared ownership.
  • Performance & Measurement Define KPIs and measure product performance against desired outcomes.
  • Use insights and data to refine product direction and optimize value delivery.
  • Prepare business cases, opportunity assessments, and recommendations for leadership review.
