They are incredibly detail-oriented and hands on. The Difference You Will Make: We are seeking an exceptional product leader to drive the next generation of Airbnb’s growth and new guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you’ll redefine the new guest experience on Airbnb and make it easy for anyone to make their first booking. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to define and execute our growth strategy, innovate ways to increase Airbnb’s visibility across search engines and emerging AI platforms, and work across the entire guest experience from marketing to in-app to ensure more guests find Airbnb and have a frictionless first booking on Airbnb.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer growth and marketing technology.
  • Proven success driving SEO/GEO and digital visibility.
  • Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media.
  • Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
  • Experience working on consumer products with marketplace dynamic on a global scale.
  • Excited to drive execution across large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to do individual contributor product management work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and new guest experience, driving key business outcomes across first time booking, SEO/GEO, and marketing integrations.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and design to bridge growth channels and our in-app guest journey, ensuring seamless handoff and optimized conversion.
  • Own & optimize the first-time guests experience, driving improvements that increase first-time bookers and graduate towards loyal guests.
  • Drive SEO and AI visibility initiatives, increasing Airbnb’s reach and relevance in search results and AI-powered discovery tools.
  • Consolidate and enhance lifecycle campaigns (emails, push, SMS) and landing page integrations for optimal guest experience and conversion.
  • Craft the product narrative and marketing strategies that communicate the benefits and features of these products both internally and externally.
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams (Tech, Design), cross-functional partners (FP&A, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team.
  • Inspire teams, leadership, and the company to support the success of your products and business outcomes.
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
