The Product Manager, Molecular POC Solutions role at Roche is focused on driving customer and business needs across the molecular point of care solution portfolio.   • Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio/product strategy to accomplish business objectives.
  • Manage and support assigned product lines including forecasting, pricing, inventory management, and implementation of product updates.
  • Influence product development and lifecycle decisions as the US customer and marketing representative.
  • Serve as the technical expert for the specific area of responsibility.
  • Develop business area mastery via understanding of market segments, business model, sales forecasting, competition, and customer needs.
  • Support customer conversations and presentations at meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Inspire impactful business solutions and positive change by motivating and empowering others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • 5 years of product management, marketing, business, or equivalent work experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven record of navigating complex and challenging situations.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Technical aptitude and/or a background in the lab or healthcare-related field.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and data-driven decision making.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to independently drive multiple projects.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Molecular Point of Care testing space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google suite tools.
  • Ability to travel in the continental US or globally as dictated by business need.
