About The Position

We’re seeking a driven Product Manager with strong experience in consumer-facing Mobile applications (iOS & Android) to lead the development and optimization of the end-to-end experience for customers and travelers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, define success metrics, and ensure our platform evolves to meet the demands of a growing market. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills, being able to work across multiple teams to synthesize information and determine requirements. They will have 5+ years of experience in product management, with strong mobile application experience, and a desire to collaborate with other product managers on platform (SaaS) solutions. This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on Mobile App development
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver successful digital products or features.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in travel, logistics, or workforce solutions industries.
  • Knowledge of travel or accommodation management challenges.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Technical Vision Define and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs that defines the future of our mobile experiences
  • Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates priorities and progress to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable successful product launches.
  • Execution & Delivery Define clear, actionable requirements for new features and improvements through user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage product development from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, using data to iterate and improve.
  • Customer Focus Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and advocating for solutions.
  • Build relationships with users and gather insights to inform product direction
