To learn more about Vibes, visit www.vibes.com. Vibes is looking for a Product Manager to lead our messaging aggregation and provisioning capabilities across Short Code, 10DLC, and Toll-Free. As part of the Connect product team, you will own the systems and workflows that power the delivery, reliability, and compliance of our messaging ecosystem. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who is energized by complex technical challenges, evolving industry requirements, and opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes. Experience in messaging or aggregation is a significant plus, but curiosity, technical depth, and a passion for platform excellence are key.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in CPaaS, telecom, messaging, or infrastructure products.
  • Experience working on highly technical, operational, or backend platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems mindset.
  • Ability to translate industry rules, carrier requirements, and compliance frameworks into product requirements.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with both internal and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SC/10DLC/Toll-Free provisioning workflows or message routing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the roadmap for provisioning, registration, routing, and deliverability infrastructure across all messaging channels.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to improve reliability, scalability, throughput, and tooling.
  • Drive enhancements to internal workflows, dashboards, and automation for support, compliance, and carrier operations.
  • Build strong relationships with carrier partners to stay ahead of ecosystem changes and compliance expectations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to throughput, provisioning speed, reliability, and error mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales Enablement to ensure transparency, readiness, and alignment.
