This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager (IT Managed Services). In this high-impact execution role, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence the translation of strategic vision into reality. You will bridge business objectives with technical execution, owning the product backlog for our hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-driven managed services. Working with a talented remote team, you'll drive solutions that enhance client success and contribute to recurring revenue.

  • Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog, translating high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories and requirements.
  • Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure alignment with timelines and scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional product release details, ensuring technical readiness and internal training.
  • Act as the primary listener for feedback from sales, support, and customers to identify product gaps and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Marketing teams to produce sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor product KPIs to measure success and inform future backlog prioritization.
  • Conduct landscape analysis of competitors to ensure offerings remain differentiated.
  • Support management of key technology partnerships to leverage product capabilities.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role within the B2B technology or IT services sector.
  • Familiarity with the Managed Services Provider (MSP) model and recurring revenue structures.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fully distributed, remote work environment.
