Responsibilities

  • Define Product vision, roadmap, market research, stakeholder alignment, performance tracking, UAT and Pilot
  • Regularly meet with project teams to discuss status, issues, roadblocks, etc.
  • Meet with SMEs, end-users, colleagues to gather information. Must be unbiased and think about the bigger picture. Learn to take what you receive with a grain of salt. Information you receive from different parties will conflict. Need to be able to remain neutral and make the best decisions based on the 80/20 rule. • Review user stories/requirements with analysts before they get added to sprints for development
  • Must be able to provide status on certain features/deadlines to higher ups
  • Help troubleshoot items with application for end-users and colleagues.
