About The Position

This position is within the NetApp’s Customer Experience Office’s Product Management Team. The Customer experience office is using innovative technologies to build the next generation workflows across customers lifecycle. Intern will be responsible for researching, documenting requirements, and building capabilities for our users, working with a global product management team and partnering with the Engineering organization.As a Product Manager, you will explore business challenges through a mix of empathizing with the core user, analyzing market trends, and matchmaking technology solutions with users’ real needs. We are looking for an outstanding team member who is willing to learn with a strong desire to grow in and expand their knowledge in product management career path. Foundational product management knowledge is an absolute must have to excel in this role. Prior educational or practical experience with AI and GenAI capabilities is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible, creative, and a self-starter who will roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to deliver results.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Basic product management knowledge/experience
  • Currently enrolled in MS/MBA program through summer, 2026.

Nice To Haves
