We are seeking a Product Manager for our Inspection Business Unit (IBU) products to promote the development of complex semiconductor processing equipment. The successful candidate will work with a cross-functional team to manage the health of the Inspection Business Unit products and will drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and next generation product initiatives. Major responsibilities include developing product strategy (including specifications and roadmaps), coordinating product life cycle initiatives, and tracking product health. This role has significant and measurable impact on the success of the Inspection Business Unit. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and creative thinking skills to thrive in an ambiguous environment. They will engage cross-functionally with account managers, engineering, operations, and executive leadership, manage and own PLC gate reviews, develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new products, assist Technical Account Managers (TAMs) in specification reviews, and prioritize engineering projects based on field input and internal resource availability. Close collaboration with Project Management is also essential.
