About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy Development: Defines and implements product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partners with engineering, marketing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and business goals. Financial Oversight: Monitors financial performance, and ensures achievement of revenue targets. P&L ownership typically less than $50M in annual sales. Leadership: Leads product development for assigned product(s) including product definition and sponsorship. Solution Design: Analyzes complex product challenges and designs innovative solutions to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

  • Problem Solving: Identifies and solves complex product related problems using analytical methods.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in negotiating and managing stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proficient in applying agile methodologies to product management processes.
