The Growth team at Snowflake is responsible for the full customer flywheel - from new user acquisition, to onboarding, engagement and use case expansion. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, data driven and customer-obsessed Product Manager to drive new user signups and onboarding experiences. Snowflake continues to grow at a fast pace, and this Product Manager has the opportunity to not just move the needle, but accelerate us into our next phase of growth as a company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with a strong track record of driving growth and adoption in SaaS or high-growth software environments.
  • Expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis.
  • Experimented with building and optimizing agentic workflows to drive delightful user experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the data platform industry, Snowflake’s positioning, and competitive landscape.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and develop hypotheses on how to effectively drive user signups, onboarding and engagement.
  • Drive experimentation and rapid iteration with a high velocity of product launches to accelerate user growth and expansion.
  • Define and track key business and usage analytics to measure success, including advanced engagement metrics that go beyond traditional activation and retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences and go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to product development, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
