About The Position

As a Product Manager (GenAI), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of audit management solutions. You will act as the advocate for both internal and external users, translating their needs and feedback into innovative, high-impact product features. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and executive teams, you will guide products from ideation through launch and continuous improvement. You will leverage a strategic mindset to define the product roadmap, align priorities, and stay ahead of trends in cybersecurity, compliance, and AI-driven technologies. The role offers exposure to advanced GRC platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and emerging GenAI applications, while providing opportunities to influence both product strategy and operational excellence. You will be empowered to make data-driven decisions, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to creating scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business application design, product management, or requirements gathering.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT compliance, or GRC-related products (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research, translate feedback into actionable requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience prioritizing product features for maximum impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Infosec/compliance products and GenAI-enabled solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.
  • Translate user feedback, market research, and industry trends into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop, test, and deploy new features using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and validate solutions to ensure adoption and usability.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release rollouts, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze usage metrics, and prioritize enhancements based on impact and feasibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of features, maintain compliance, and deliver high-quality SaaS solutions.
