The FAIR (Fulfillment, Availability, Inventory & Reservations) team at Best Buy is responsible for delivering accurate, reliable product fulfillment information to millions of customers every day. This team plays a critical role in ensuring customers can trust the availability and fulfillment experiences they encounter across Best Buy’s digital and operational touchpoints. As a Product Manager, you will connect customer needs, data insights, and business priorities to drive clear, measurable product outcomes. You bring strong technical acumen and are comfortable partnering deeply with engineering teams—understanding APIs, data flows, and system architecture well enough to shape effective solutions. Operating as a self-starter, you proactively identify opportunities, drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight, and remain focused on delivering outcomes aligned with strategic goals and customer trust. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually at home or another non-Best Buy location.
