You will support the “Manage My Documents” Sub-product within Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS). As a Product Manager in Manage My Document, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Working knowledge with processes and tools supporting agile methodologies
  • Passionate problem solver and critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to scope and define complex problems, apply analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights, and develop solutions
  • Advanced ability to closely partner with senior and line managers and other stakeholders on projects, with very strong influencing skills to make projects successful
  • Strong written and oral executive-level communications skills, eager to deliver outstanding service

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • 2+ years experience with document management solutions and knowledge of financial services and regulations
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Assist the Sub Area Product Owner to develop a strategic analysis approach and structure required to achieve key deliverables for the Manage My Document sub-product
  • Facilitate sprint planning with stakeholder groups to drive alignment and visibility for which features will be built when
  • Ensure the delivery team understands the vision and direction for the Product/platform
  • Maintain the team software backlog of features and user stories and assist in determining sprint priorities aligned to larger experience journey priorities and vision with the FAS strategy
  • Deliver new product enhancements and offerings by working directly with technology, business and operations partners, to define efforts, write requirements and assist in overall project management, risk management, and organizational readiness activities
  • Update leadership on the Epic and Feature delivery schedule including dependencies impacting deliverables, along with recommended solutions
  • Monitor systems production health and act swiftly when issues arise that may impact customer experience or the business
