We’re looking for a product leader to shape the future of how Chime members get paid. This role will focus on MyPay at Work, building experiences that connect Chime directly with employers to unlock earlier, easier access to earnings for our members. You’ll partner across product, engineering, design, data science, compliance, and sales to drive a bold roadmap that enhances financial security and drives meaningful growth. Your work will help Chime deliver radically better outcomes for working Americans—starting with how and when they get paid. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $176,490.00 and up to $245,100.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
