About The Position

The Product Manager - Filters at HYDAC Technology Corporation is responsible for achieving annual sales and profit goals for the product group. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 3 to 5 years related industrial experience
• Experience in hydraulics
• Fluid power certification is a plus
• Experience leading a team

Nice To Haves

• 1 or 2 years related experience/training or equivalent combination of both
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide support to application engineering and field sales (Distributor and RSM)
• Handle quotations and price strategies and prepare price lists
• Responsible for distributor, RSM and customer service training initiatives
• Recommend new products/modifications
• Recommend and monitor stock levels
• Develop and update product literature and new product publicity
• Coordinate trade shows
• Prepare and present product presentations, reports and plans
• Manage product and customer-related projects
• Other duties assigned
