About The Position

DSBJ, a global leader in precision manufacturing, PCBs, FPC/FPCA, and thermal management solutions, has successfully delivered advanced liquid cooling products to leading global customers. Building on this foundation, DSBJ is now expanding into the data center liquid cooling market to support the next wave of AI and HPC infrastructure growth. We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business and technical engagement with key data center and OEM customers in North America. Depending on the candidate’s background, the role can be defined as Product Manager, Project Manager, Field Application Engineer, or Account Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging technology and customer requirements, ensuring DSBJ’s liquid cooling products achieve rapid adoption in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in thermal management, liquid cooling, or data center hardware solutions.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles (Product Management, Project Management, FAE, or Account Management).
• Proven experience working with hyperscalers, server OEM/ODMs, or AI/HPC infrastructure customers.
• Knowledge of liquid cold plates, CDU systems, manifolds, or immersion cooling is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Nice To Haves

• Existing relationships with major data center operators or cloud service providers.
• Track record of launching new technology products and achieving commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hyperscalers, OEM/ODM partners, and system integrators to promote DSBJ’s liquid cold plate and thermal solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and product specifications, collaborating with R&D and engineering teams in Asia.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and support new product introduction for data center cooling solutions.
• Manage key customer accounts, ensure smooth project delivery, and provide technical and commercial support.
• Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and solution discussions with customer engineering teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in liquid cooling and data center infrastructure.
• Coordinate global resources across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet customer expectations.
• Support RFQ/RFP responses, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
