We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of leading product line strategy, development, and growth within the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) market—specifically ERVs utilizing enthalpic wheel technology . The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HVAC or building energy systems product management experience , deep insight into the North American applied ERV and enthalpic wheel market , and an ability to drive competitive product strategies from concept through commercial success. The Product Manager defines and executes the product vision for commercial and residential ERV product lines where enthalpic wheel technology applies. This includes product lifecycle ownership, strategic planning, market expansion initiatives, and delivering product profitability through innovation, market intelligence, and technical leadership. This role is highly cross-functional—you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, TSS, and external partners to guide product positioning, technical direction, design-for-manufacturing considerations, launch strategies, and customer engagement. You’ll also support key customers and sales channels with technical presentations , industry insights, and field knowledge. A strong understanding of ERV applications, energy recovery fundamentals, psychrometrics, and industry codes is essential (ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1, 62.2, HVI, I-Codes, and Canadian equivalents). Travel up to 25% within North America.
