About The Position

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead product strategy and execution for our AI/agentic initiatives. You will work hand-in-hand with engineering leadership to translate ideas into production-ready solutions that push boundaries in large language models, real-time orchestration, and autonomous agent development. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and scaling, while ensuring customer and business impact remain front and center.

Requirements

Proven track record of building and launching complex technical products, ideally in AI, automation, or SaaS.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment between product and engineering.
Strong technical fluency (comfortable engaging in discussions on LLMs, orchestration tools, APIs, and system design).
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for stakeholders and customers.
A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.

Nice To Haves

Background in AI/agentic systems, multi-agent architectures, or reinforcement learning.
Experience with real-time, event-driven, or cloud-native systems.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy for AI/agentic systems, aligning roadmap with company goals and market opportunities.
Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, reliable multi-agent workflows and automation systems.
Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, balancing ambitious innovation with practical execution.
Own the product lifecycle: research, requirements, roadmap, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Collaborate across design, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.
Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, agent frameworks, and automation, identifying opportunities to apply them in product.
Ensure products meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
