We are looking for a Digital Product Manager who is passionate about solving real problems for users, eager to grow in product management, and excited to make a meaningful impact. As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll work closely with Senior Product Managers, designers, engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and improve digital experiences that help consumers explore, enroll, and succeed in our debt relief program—without relying solely on phone-based channels. This is a unique opportunity to help build tools that support self-service enrollment, digital onboarding, and ongoing client engagement.

  • Support Product Discovery: Help gather user insights, conduct competitive research, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Drive Execution: Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Define and track key product metrics. Analyze outcomes and user behavior to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Client Success, Operations, Compliance, and others to ensure smooth product rollout and adoption.
  • Learn & Grow: Receive mentorship from experienced PMs and gain hands-on experience managing parts of the product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant product experience in a product-related or technical role.
  • Familiarity with product development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in consumer-facing tech, fintech, or digital services preferred.
  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, React Native and/or Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
  • Familiarity with GTM, Datadog, FullStory or other client journey tracking and observability tools preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, data-driven, and user-obsessed.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly.
