Responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of digital product services. Consistent with the company’s strategic direction, identify customer needs, determine and communicate the value of features, prioritize those features, create roadmaps, and break down barriers preventing teams from delivering essential results, while also determining metrics for success. Responsible for implementation of digital products and features, creating strong synergy amongst cross functional teams, while complying with regulatory requirements and operating policies and procedures. Focus will be on promoting an optimal digital user experience emphasizing the value of 24/7 availability and real-time processing. Plans, designs, and launches efficient specific digital services systems in support of customer needs, of which the following duties are illustrative:
