About The Position

The Product Manager-Digital Payments will work as a part of the product team to boldly redefine commerce by simplifying complex payments ecosystems in pharmacy. HealNow is in search of a strategic and outcome-focused Product Manager-Digital Payments to spearhead our US payments platform and steer the strategic trajectory of our payment products. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role designed for a product leader with a strong technical foundation in digital payments and a deep understanding of pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and partner integrations. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, product leadership, and client-facing teams to build seamless, secure, and pharmacy-centric payments experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on digital payments and healthcare of pharmacy ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of payments technology, including payment processing, card networks, digital wallets, and security standards.
  • Proven ability to lead technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, data mapping, and agile development principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative spirit with a bias for action and a commitment for solving real-world problems for pharmacy operators and their patients.
  • Experience launching payment solutions in highly regulated industries (pharma, healthtech, fintech)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the payments product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive scalability, user experience, and value for our pharmacy partners.
  • Own the full lifecycle of payment-related products, including digital wallets, card processing, ACH, payments reconciliation, and reporting tools.
  • Translate pharmacy specific cases (e.g. copay collections, reimbursement flows, multi-party payments) into scalable product features and integrations.
  • Partner with PMS systems, switch networks, and third-party payment processors to drive forward strategic integrations and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and deliver features that align with patient and pharmacy needs.
  • Guide implementation and post-launch evaluation of new payment functionality, including performance metrics and usability feedback loops.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, cross-functional enablement, and customer facing guides and FAQs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA), and innovations in pharmacy and healthcare payments.
  • Champion the voice of the pharmacy customer community, independent, and enterprise level across all product decisions.
