About The Position

Ensure platform reliability, usability, and compliance across global markets. Collaborate with Platform & Services to integrate shared modules (e.g., reporting, personalization, workflow engines). Partner with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support adoption and market readiness. Maintain a connection with our Global customers including internal customers to monitor the performance and satisfaction of our Therapy Management Software, as well as market specific troubleshooting, inquiries and follow up from Tech Support and end-users. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions independently and through collaboration with Medical Affairs and commercial teams. Support downstream marketing, medical and clinical affairs, and market access as a subject-matter expert (SME). Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities. Maintain contact and communication with internal, field-facing employees to ensure market communication. Execute on the product vision and strategy with feature delivery and education. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to diabetes management and software development.

Requirements

  • Experience managing therapy management software
  • Experience working within or alongside regulated product development processes
  • Ability to balance user needs, clinical requirements, and business goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
