About The Position

Join our team as Product Manager, Dementia Management Platform and own the software systems that power Ceresti’s care delivery engine. This role is responsible for all internal tools used by enrollment specialists, operations teams, and dementia care coaches. Your mission is to maximize team efficiency, capacity, and qualify by building scalable systems that make our teams faster, smarter, and more effective. You will design and evolve the core platform that enables caregiver enrollment workflows, care management, coaching operations, reporting, and internal decision support. You will partner deeply with operations, clinical, engineering, and data teams to translate complex real-world workflows into intuitive, AI-enabled tools that scale. This is a high-leverage systems role. Your success will be measured by improvements in team efficiency, capacity per FTE, workflow automation, and operational quality. Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
  • Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, CRM-based systems, or workflow software.
  • Strong track record of translating complex real-world workflows into intuitive digital systems.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required.
  • Systems thinker with strong product judgement.
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven.
  • Strong workflow design instincts.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and developing new 0 -> 1 processes
  • Strong judgment around applying AI responsibly in caregiver-facing and clinical-adjacent experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Ceresti’s internal Dementia Management Platform.
  • Translate company goals around operational scalability, cost savings, and care quality into clear product priorities.
  • Design systems that enable enrollment specialists, ops teams, and coaches to operate efficiently at scale.
  • Identify and priorities opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual work, increase team capacity, and improve quality of care
  • Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support scalable, efficient engagement as the business grows.
  • Deeply understand internal workflows across enrollment, onboarding, coaching, and care management.
  • Design intuitive tooling that reduces friction and cognitive load for operational users.
  • Improve CRM workflows, care documentation systems, task management, reporting, and internal dashboards.
  • Partner with operations and clinical leaders to continuously refine processes and embed them into software.
  • Build intelligent decision-support tools that enhance coaching effectiveness while preserving human judgment.
  • Apply AI responsibly to streamline documentation, automate repetitive workflows, surface insights, and support operational decision-making.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to embed predictive models and analytics into internal workflows.
  • Ensure AI enhances the day-to-day experience of frontline teams.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship high-quality internal tools.
  • Move quickly, unblock ambiguity, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment
  • Use modern AI tools to accelerate product development
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, enrollment, and coaching teams.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to define operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Communicate roadmaps, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership.
