The Content Platform Operations & Publishing (CPOP) team sits at the intersection of AI and machine learning, the consumer experience and the Netflix Studio. We are an integral part of making the Netflix experience feel personal and relevant by developing innovative approaches to how we promote, localize, and distribute our content. Our products impact both our members and the content creators, linguists, editors and executives who make our shows and films possible. We are seeking a Product Manager with strong understanding of machine learning and passion for AI innovation and technology to lead strategic initiatives that will transform our internal tools and content operations. In this role, you will: Drive the integration of state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models into our content platform and publishing tools enabling hyper-personalized and contextually relevant experiences for global audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent systems that automate and optimize the creation of high-quality promotional assets, supporting our rapidly expanding content catalog. Identify and implement novel AI-driven solutions to complex challenges in content distribution, asset management, and language experiences, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of entertainment technology. Partner with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate the latest advancements in AI into scalable, user-centric products that empower both Netflix members and our creative partners.
