We’re looking for a Product Manager to build and scale how Tennr communicates with patients, payers, and providers across channels. As a Product Manager at Tennr, you’ll help drive the vision, strategy, adoption, and end-to-end execution of our communications product. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, CX, and customers to define workflows, build new capabilities, and drive adoption. You’ll deeply understand our customer’s operations and their ecosystem to identify opportunities to reduce friction. This is a unique opportunity to change how the healthcare system operates by bringing new technology to market. In this role, you will take automated phone calling from a nascent idea to a fully scaled feature, ultimately focusing on productizing Tennr’s multi-channel communications offerings. This role is highly customer-focused, technical, and cross-functional — perfect for someone who thrives in connecting ecosystems internally and externally.
