We are looking for a highly technical Product Manager to lead the definition and execution of a next-generation cloud platform that will underpin Ross’s enterprise and cloud strategy. This platform will unify identity, configuration management, control, observability, deployment, and shared services to enable flexible, hybrid live production workflows across cloud and on-premises environments. This Product Manager will lead the development of a foundational cloud-first platform that will support all future cloud and enterprise applications across Ross. You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and internal product teams to build scalable shared services that power live production workflows. The role requires a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, enterprise-scale platforms, and SaaS infrastructure. You will also act as Product Owner for the platform engineering team, ensuring product outcomes are well-defined, the backlog is prioritized, and cross-team alignment is maintained. You will spend time engaging internal stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure we build the right abstractions, capabilities, and extensibility from the outset.
