Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in internal tooling or customer service technology.
Deep understanding of internal tools and their impact on operational efficiency.
Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex operational data.
Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on system architecture and integrations.
Strong leadership and communication skills to articulate product vision and influence stakeholders.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own the Client Support Tooling Ecosystem by defining the long-term product strategy for agent platforms.
Optimize client contact channels with a focus on automation and deflection.
Drive strategic outcomes by translating complex problems into clear product requirements.
Lead product discovery using both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
