About The Position

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, especially with web applications in the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is required
• Proven track record of successful digital product delivery enhancing client engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
