About The Position

As a Product Manager for Cisco Silicon’s ScaleOut segment, you will drive end to end product management and market success for AI ScaleOut and frontend networking commissioned products for hyperscaler and NeoCloud customers. You will maximize adoption and return by defining silicon and software packages, feature usecase priorities, and SKUs, ensuring whole-product market readiness across silicon, and software. Your Impact You will manage the products during execution phase, maintaining a focal priorities' voice for engineering. Partnering closely with Sales and Business Units, you will lead lighthouse customer engagement, RFI/RFP execution, and market sensing, translating customer and competitive insights into actionable product and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required with 12+ years of experience in product management and go-to-market roles within networking or silicon organizations.
  • Prior experience in networking silicon and ScaleOut architectures, including frontend networks.
  • Experience working across silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver complete, market-ready solutions.
  • Experience translating technical features into compelling value propositions and customer-facing messaging.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative silicon and networking solutions.
  • Experience in competitive positioning and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Prior experience in business planning, including market sizing, forecasting, and running product transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product management for AI ScaleOut and frontend networking products, ensuring market success and customer adoption.
  • Define silicon and software packages, feature/use case priorities, and SKUs, ensuring whole-product readiness across silicon and software.
  • Lead the execution phase of product management, acting as the focal point for engineering priorities and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Units to drive lighthouse customer engagement, RFI/RFP execution, and translate insights into actionable product and business outcomes.
  • Own market sizing, business case development, pricing/quoting, NPI sample demand planning, silicon ramp planning, and product transitions.
  • Drive go-to-market ramps, value propositions, competitive positioning, customer-facing collateral, and sales enablement, crafting Cisco’s ScaleOut portfolio and future innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience running execution cadence, forecasts, pricing, samples, and product transitions in fast-paced environments.
