About The Position

The Product Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for the design and implementation of new products within existing market/product lines. This role involves evaluating existing products, analyzing competitor and industry data, and making recommendations for new products to enhance profitability and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

• MBA preferred.
• Health or managed care experience preferred.
• Product Lifecycle Management experience preferred.
• PBM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
• Recommend and implement long-term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.
• Coordinate presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development.
• Ensure all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
• Develop, track, and monitor budget and spending.
