We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Product Manager to support the ongoing development and delivery of Horizon. This is a highly execution-focused role at the center of customer engagement and engineering delivery. You will work directly with customers to understand operational requirements, advise on best practices, and translate high-level requests into clear product specifications and detailed JIRA tickets. You will partner closely with engineering to ensure features are delivered efficiently, with quality, and in a way that remains scalable across a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform. This role requires strong ownership and follow-through. You will be deeply involved in customer onboarding, integrations, data imports, feature enhancements, bug resolution, and continuous improvement — ensuring that customers are successfully implemented and supported as the product evolves. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience building complex enterprise SaaS products, strong technical fluency (including APIs and data flows), exceptional communication skills, and a genuine interest (and, ideally, experience) in aviation. This role requires someone who can think systemically, balance immediate customer demands with long-term platform scalability, and take full ownership of outcomes in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment. About Horizon Portside Horizon is a modern flight operations management platform for business aviation operators. It serves as the system of record for scheduling and dispatch, crew legality compliance, charter quoting, regulatory reporting, and operational analytics. Horizon centralizes operational workflows to enable safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations.
