About The Position

Join us in revolutionizing interactions for over 200+ million businesses using Meta's platform through Business AI Agents. These agents operate across Meta platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook/Instagram ads, and on third-party platforms such as business websites. Messaging is a starting point for millions of businesses, as there are over a billion active threads every day between people and businesses across our messaging platforms. We are looking for a Product Manager to work on our Enterprise Business AI initiatives, bringing Business AI to the world's largest businesses through differentiated value only Meta can provide. This is an opportunity to define, build, iterate, and partner with strategic partner customers as we define AI solutions across various lines of business and channels - from WhatsApp to Third-party websites and everything in between. This is a unique early stage opportunity to help build and develop our enterprise motion and product offering, built on top of existing AI solutions leveraged by thousands of businesses. In this high-impact position, you'll make a real difference by streamlining how businesses discover, understand, and achieve results with our Business AI solutions as well as define the future growth, monetization, and go-to-market motions.

Requirements

• Experience building and bring to market Enterprise solutions at scale
• Experience with bespoke 1:1 customer engagements while horizontally scaling those requirements to meet broader industry wide needs
• Demonstrated experience in customer facing experience and go-to-market experience
• 8 + years product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience leading AI products
• Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
• Can navigate ambiguity of 0 to 1 and manage the time-critical demands of a high-priority workstream
• Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production
• Customer-centric product and design intuition
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Understand Meta’s strategic positioning and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and drive value for the the largest businesses that rely on Meta each day
• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
• Drive product development with teams of Industry-leading engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, GTM etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics
• Partner with early enterprise customers to design, build, iterate, and bring to market AI solutions at scale
• Work directly with Alpha customers to define, build, and scale new agentic enterprise product offerings to 1,000s of customers - with a demonstrated experience in GTM success
