About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly organized with superior communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
  • Self-starter with a high personal standard of performance excellence.
  • Understanding of Product, Project, and Program Management standard processes.
  • Analytical, collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrixed or virtual organization.
  • Experience with product and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder with the intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
  • Product management skillsets and experience, ability to gain consensus and influence decisions.
  • Collaborate and build relationships in a matrix-management environment as well as with external vendors.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and ability to evaluate enhancement requests.
  • Knowledge of several software development life cycle methodologies, including Agile SCRUM.

Responsibilities

  • Owns part of the execution of the full Product Lifecycle, including Ideation and R&D, Development, and ongoing improvement.
  • Ensures product vision is communicated to technology delivery teams.
  • Plans and manages ongoing iteration planning in collaboration with Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Promotes Agile behaviors within business and technology teams.
  • Provides recommendations for product prioritization and key roadmap activities.
  • Supports the product management team on complex or large products.
  • May be responsible for a specific feature or component of a larger product offering.
  • Anticipates product trends and capability prioritization.
  • Achieves set product key metrics, usability, and positioning relative to external market products.
  • Communicates portfolio and project updates to managers and stakeholders.
