The Applied AI team is developing AI-driven applications with low/no-code tools and out-of-the-box solutions to help business users achieve greater success and drive business impact. In this role, you will specialize in CCaaS and Conversational AI, defining the future of customer engagement. You will define product strategy, leading the roadmap, and delivering solutions that utilize Google's AI, ML, and cloud infrastructure capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, research teams to introduce innovative products and guarantee their market success.
