The Apple Wallet team is seeking a top-flight and experienced professional to drive the evolution of our customer experience and product management across Apple Wallet.

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated candidate who is eager to work on the most exciting technology to transform the experience of digital wallets. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for key aspects of Apple Wallet. You will partner directly with Engineering, Human Interface, other functional teams across Apple, as well as external partners, to lead product vision, strategy, and deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will be a champion for Apple Wallet customers, ensuring their needs are met through seamless and intuitive experiences throughout their relationship with Apple Wallet. You should have significant experience building and launching consumer products, passion for helping users achieve delightful and efficient digital to physical experiences. You will be expected to guide teams leading complex, cross-functional projects and drive progress by diving into technical details when needed. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a hands-on product management role, leading design, feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to shipped software.
• Track record of building consumer products with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience launching and scaling customer-focused products, including go-to-market and communication strategies
• Proficiency in delivering products across a variety of screen sizes and proportions, developing on platforms including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS, and tvOS.
• B.A./B.S./M.S. EE/CS or equivalent.

• Effective problem solver with the ability to structure ambiguous situations and drive actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools to measure customer engagement and improve portfolio performance
