FAM Brands is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to join our high-volume Club Division, which services major retail partners like Costco and Sam’s Club through licensed apparel programs with brands including GAP, Banana Republic, Orvis, Woolrich, and Express. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role that owns the product lifecycle from concept handoff through final delivery—overseeing development, sourcing, costing, approvals, and production across multiple programs and product categories.

  • Manage all aspects of product execution from development to delivery, ensuring timeline, margin, and quality expectations are met for each licensed brand program
  • Liaise with overseas factories to confirm development feasibility, negotiate costs, secure raw materials, and manage bulk production allocation
  • Own and maintain cost sheets, analyze component pricing, and implement cost engineering strategies to meet gross margin targets without sacrificing quality
  • Build, update, and drive the Time & Action (T&A) calendar to ensure all key dates are met, including sample submissions, lab dips, bulk approvals, and production starts
  • Oversee all proto, SMS, PPS, fit, and TOP sample stages; ensure accurate execution of design intent, brand aesthetic, and technical specs
  • Ensure all products adhere to each brand’s licensing requirements, including testing, labeling, packaging, and vendor onboarding protocols
  • Act as the hub between Design, Tech Design, Merchandising, Sales, Compliance, and Logistics to drive alignment and resolve any roadblocks
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Centric PLM, including BOMs, style details, vendor data, and all sample/approval tracking
  • 5–8 years of experience in apparel product management or production, specifically for licensed apparel programs
  • Experience working with high-volume retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, or similar is required
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, product development, costing, and overseas manufacturing for cut-and-sew knits and wovens
  • Direct experience navigating brand licensing standards, including lab testing, packaging, and approvals
  • Proficient in Centric PLM, Excel, and cost tracking tools
  • Excellent follow-through and time management with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across factories and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and product categories simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Competitive salary range of $100,000—$125,000 USD
  • Participation in annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales)
  • Commitment to fair and transparent compensation
  • Equal pay for equal work
