We are currently hiring for a Product Manager-AI - Wakefield, MA as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients. We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-forward Product Manager to take ownership of the product lifecycle and help shape the next generation of intelligent solutions at C-4 Analytics. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, comfortable experimenting with AI tools, and energized by rapidly turning ideas into working solutions. You will be responsible for transforming company vision into innovative, market-ready products that deliver measurable value to our dealership partners. This isn’t a traditional “manage the backlog” PM role. We’re looking for someone who can drive vision, prototype and test ideas quickly, and work closely with engineering to bring impactful products to life. You will operate as the central product driver, partnering with leadership, engineering, creative and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into tangible solutions. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity—someone who enjoys digging into complex problems, collaborating across teams, and staying closely involved from discovery through delivery. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of launching and optimizing complex products or initiatives from start to finish.
  • Experience building or working with AI-enabled or AI-assisted products, including familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable experimenting with rapid prototyping and iterative product development to validate ideas quickly.
  • Strong technical curiosity and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions—including engineering, design, data, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems, take initiative, and drive projects forward with resilience and grit.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and clearly articulate product vision to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments where priorities evolve and adaptability is essential.
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and go-to-market processes.
  • Comfortable operating independently while maintaining alignment with company-wide goals and leadership direction.

  • Experience in digital marketing, martech, or automotive platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for strategic product initiatives, ensuring alignment with C-4’s goals and delivering measurable value to internal teams and dealership clients.
  • Translate company vision into actionable product strategies in close partnership with product leaders, engineering, design and executive leadership.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between product vision and engineering execution—turning abstract ideas into clear specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless development, integration, and launch.
  • Explore and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance product functionality, automate workflows and unlock new opportunities for innovation.
  • Prototype and test new ideas quickly–using modern tools, experimentation and data to validate solutions before full-scale development.
  • Define and track product success using KPIs, customer feedback and business impact metrics—iterating rapidly based on results.
  • Stay close to users and stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize effectively and adapt roadmaps as goals and conditions evolve.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—enhance current offerings, design new solutions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members working on products under your oversight and support broader knowledge sharing within the product team.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication, aligned priorities, and timely execution.
  • Develop business cases and plans to support new product solutions; assess risks, constraints, and resource requirements for delivery.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, AI/ML applications, and industry trends—bringing forward recommendations to keep C-4 competitive.
  • Participate in, and when applicable, lead regular product meetings and reviews focused on testing, performance, and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support broader organizational goals and growth.
