About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Product person (6+ years) to guide strategy, execution, and continuous improvement for key product areas within our CLM platform, including our suite of artificial intelligence (AI) and document collaboration capabilities. As a strategic member of the Malbek Products Team, you will shape the roadmap, partner cross-functionally, and drive features from vision through launch and iteration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management and/or product design experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Highly collaborative mindset
  • A portfolio of prior UX Design work
  • Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, and/or vibe coding tools like v0, Replit, Loveable, Cursor
  • Experience or a strong interest in AI/GenAI
  • Experience launching new products from 0-to-1 including understanding of backlog management tools like Azure, JIRA, etc.
  • Comfortable establishing product direction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft and deliver intuitive, delightful user experiences
  • Manage critical product areas including Malbek AI/Gen AI, Contract Collaboration, and Malbek KLIX
  • Analyze AI and CLM market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to inform product direction
  • Translate customer and prospect/market needs into clear product goals and prioritized features
  • Work closely with a globally dispersed team across time zones from a variety of disciplines
  • Build and communicate roadmaps across internal and external stakeholders
  • Navigate shifting priorities and balance business demands effectively
  • Drive internal AI adoption to help teammates gain efficiency and productivity
  • Launch and maintain new GenAI agents in the market to solve real-world challenges
  • Craft UX Designs and clickable prototypes or mocks to communicate product vision to engineering
  • Own backlog refinement, requirement definition, and alignment to product vision
  • Use customer feedback and data to drive post-release improvements
  • Conduct Product demos with Sales team to inform prospective and existing customers of new and upcoming features
  • Train internal teams on new product initiatives
  • Conduct user research to understand customer workflows and opportunities
  • Work with customer support/experience (CX) to implement customer Beta programs and collect user feedback
  • Partner with QA to deliver high-quality releases
