About The Position

Presidio Product Managers own the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of our AI Studio — an enterprise-grade AI agent orchestration platform. AI Studio is one of the most strategically important products Presidio is building, already powering 450+ internal users, 1,900+ agents, and 950+ workspaces across five practices. This role sits at the center of Presidio's AI innovation engine and is a rare opportunity to shape both an internal platform and a net-new commercial offering in one of the fastest-growing markets in enterprise technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Overall 6-8+ years of experience of product management experience, with at least 2 years on a technical platform or developer-facing product.
  • Proven track record of owning and executing a product roadmap from 0→1 and through scaling phases.
  • Strong command of Agile methodologies — backlog management, sprint ceremonies, story writing, and release planning.
  • Experience commercializing a platform or SaaS product — including pricing strategy, packaging, and GTM execution.
  • Ability to work at the intersection of technology and business: translating complex AI/ML capabilities into customer value propositions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present confidently to executives, engineers, and clients.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM-based products, or AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP).
  • Experience at a technology services company, systems integrator, or platform company serving enterprise clients.
  • Background in or exposure to sectors Presidio serves: networking, security, cloud, or data infrastructure.
  • Experience with monitoring/observability, API management, or AI governance.
  • Ability to write basic Python or familiarity with APIs and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

  • Roadmap & Backlog Ownership
  • Define and maintain the AI Studio product roadmap across its future releases, spanning multi-agent systems, self-improving agents, voice mode, enterprise memory graph, and autonomous agent teams.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineering, design, and practice leads, translating business goals and customer needs into actionable epics and user stories.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring alignment between short-term delivery and long-term platform vision.
  • Establish clear OKRs, success metrics, and KPIs — tracking adoption, agent creation, workspace utilization, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Balance competing priorities across internal platform needs, customer-facing features, and commercialization workstreams.
  • Commercialization & Go-to-Market
  • Lead the end-to-end commercialization of AI Studio, defining the packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Develop monetization models including SaaS/platform subscriptions (per workspace, per agent, per connector), connector marketplace, enterprise licensing, and white-label options.
  • Build business cases, competitive positioning, and market analysis for AI Studio as a standalone commercial offering competing in the emerging AgentOps/AI Application Platform market.
  • Define and manage the connector marketplace strategy — curating premium integrations and establishing a model for third-party contributions.
  • Partner with Presidio's practice leaders across Modern Networks, Data & AI, Security, and Cloud to embed AI Studio into client-facing solution offerings.
  • Support pre-sales activities including demos, RFP responses, and customer workshops.
  • Platform Strategy & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AgentOps landscape — monitoring competitors (LangChain, Dust, Copilot Studio, CrewAI, n8n) and emerging standards such as MCP and A2A.
  • Define the platform's differentiation story as "enterprise-grade AgentOps + MCP connector fabric" — ensuring AI Studio is clearly positioned vs. developer-centric frameworks and flow-based tools.
  • Drive the governance and guardrails roadmap, including gateway controls, cost allocation, token management, and enterprise security compliance.
  • Champion platform observability, semantic monitoring, and self-improving agent capabilities as enterprise differentiators.
  • Identify and address platform challenges: managing cost at scale, proper token handling, multi-source support requests, and enterprise cost allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary voice of the customer and internal user base (450+ users across 5+ practices) — gathering feedback, synthesizing insights, and feeding them into the roadmap.
  • Partner closely with the AI Studio engineering team, SEG architects, and cross-functional leaders to align on build vs. buy decisions and platform investments.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, and strategic direction to executive stakeholders, practice leads, and external customers.
  • Drive internal enablement: ensure that Presidio teams understand how to leverage AI Studio in customer engagements and delivery.
