About The Position

We are looking for a Product Manager to help define and build a core part of our next-generation, AI-powered collaborative productivity products. This role centers on using AI to rethink workflows, elevate user experiences, and unlock new ways people create, collaborate, and make decisions at work. With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. You will work closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional partners to explore ambiguous spaces, shape AI-assisted or AI-native product experiences, and translate emerging user needs into real-world solutions.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s with 2+ years of experience in internet or software product management; background in computer science, design, or related fields
  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively in English in a professional working environment.
  • Have deep user empathy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify core user needs and underlying problems
  • Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally and drive complex projects to execution.
  • Be self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating independently in an ever-changing environment.
  • Clear and structured thinker, capable of abstracting complex problems and delivering systematic, scalable solutions.
  • Have great interest in productivity tools and AI-powered products, with genuine passion for building next-generation collaboration experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the product strategy and roadmap for a core innovation module within an innovative collaboration platform, with a focus on on AI-enabled user experiences, workflow design, and long-term product impact.
  • Leading problem discovery by deeply understanding user scenarios, unmet needs, and behavioral patterns, and identify where AI can meaningfully improve or transform the experience.
  • Partnering closely with design and engineering to explore AI-assisted or AI-native solutions, driving experience design and iterative delivery from early concepts to launch.
  • Partnering closely with commercialization and sales teams to understand customer needs and support deal execution and customer success.
  • Define and evolve product metrics and data frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of AI features, including user adoption, engagement, quality, and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with commercialization, sales, and customer-facing teams to understand customer expectations around AI capabilities and support successful adoption in real workflows.
  • Refining and evolving product solutions by staying close to advances in AI technologies and applying them pragmatically to strengthen product differentiation and innovation velocity.
