About The Position

Moveworks is building an Assistant for all employees: a single interface for search & action across the entire enterprise. While we've achieved significant external success, our internal product and engineering operations are ripe for transformation. We're looking for a highly ambitious, technically sharp, and exceptional communicator to help us build an AI-driven product operations machine. This is a hands-on, builder-heavy role where you will directly shape our operational future. As a Product Manager, AI Operations, you will be instrumental in optimizing how our Product and Engineering organizations function at scale.

Requirements

  • Proven Operational Acumen: 3+ years of experience in a product operations, technical program management, or similar role.
  • Technical Depth & Builder Mindset: Strong familiarity with APIs, authentication, and integrations.
  • Problem Solver & Analytical Thinker: Expert in deconstructing complex problems and taking a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional Communicator: A strong writer who can consistently write clearly and concisely about new product concepts.
  • Collaborative & Influential: Proven ability to build consensus and effectively objection-handle across diverse teams.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Proactively seeks out opportunities for improvement in their area.
  • Curiosity & Adaptability: Deeply curious and a fast learner, eager to understand new subject areas and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and Optimize Core Processes: Deeply analyze and redesign ad-hoc, manual processes across product management, customer success, engineering, and professional services.
  • Build AI-Driven Automations: Leverage the Moveworks platform to build both traditional and Agentic AI automations that eliminate manual, laborious tasks for Product Managers and other teams.
  • Drive Operational Change with Impact: Take ownership of product operations goals, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency.
  • Bridge Technical and Operational Gaps: Work hand-in-hand with data science, engineering, user experience, and customer success teams.
  • Communicate and Collaborate Effectively: Consistently communicate updates, changes, and progress with clarity and conciseness to all levels of the organization.
