About The Position

In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of customer-facing AI/ML and data analytics solutions for B2B SaaS clients. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will translate complex data capabilities into measurable customer value. You will work closely with clients to co-develop innovative features while shaping product roadmaps, ensuring adoption, and optimizing outcomes. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data products and AI-driven insights, making a meaningful difference for customers and business growth. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems and delivering actionable solutions that scale.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or related roles with a focus on AI/ML or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong product and business acumen, able to connect technical features to customer value and business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with customers or stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product ideas.
  • Solid SQL skills and familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Sigma.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to modern data stack tools (Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran) and AI/ML lifecycle is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS verticals, scripting (R/Python), or working with complex datasets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for AI/ML models, data products, and analytics features.
  • Engage with strategic customers to validate roadmaps, gather feedback, and co-develop new product capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into precise product requirements, including epics, user stories, and technical specifications for data processes.
  • Collaborate with UX, data science, and engineering teams to develop impactful dashboards, visualizations, and product demos.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to support feature launches, adoption, and customer communications.
  • Analyze product data and metrics to assess performance, inform prioritization, and drive product improvements.
  • Champion customer needs internally, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals, usability, and measurable outcomes.
