About The Position

As Glean's Platform PM, you will lead the development of Glean's APIs and SDKs for the developer persona within our customers and our partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of developer needs, and a passion for building robust, scalable API and SDK solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Product Manager with a track record of building high-craft API products and owning developer experience for your external customers
• Strong technical background and a deep understanding of developer needs
• Passion for building robust, scalable API and SDK solutions
• Experience leading the design, development, and enhancement of products' APIs and SDKs
• Experience working closely with developers at customer and partner organizations
• Experience overseeing the integration of products into various 3rd party enterprise applications
• Experience building high-craft and comprehensive documentation and support resources for developers
• Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for API success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Learning and growth mindset
• Mission-first attitude with a focus on product and team success
• Early adopter in building with or adopting AI for product craft

Responsibilities

• Spending a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
• Developing key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers' needs with our product vision
• Empowering your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
• Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
• Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company
• Building processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth
